“God
Bless America” is a Christian children’s picture book, written and illustrated
by Peter Francis. This is a board book,
so would be appropriate for little hands.
It is also written in a way that a young reader could read and
enjoy. It has rhyme and rhythm, so I
believe that little ones will enjoy having it read to them.
I
love how, Henry, the little bear enjoys a trip around America, and tells about
what he sees and experiences. He visits
the Statue of Liberty in New York, Mt. Rushmore in South Dakota, The Everglades
in Florida, among others. Of course, he
also goes to Washington DC to see all of the monuments.
I
enjoyed this book, and would recommend it to children, and to those who read to
them.god bless
