“At What
Price?” was written by Penny Estelle.
She sent it to me free of charge, in exchange for my honest review.
“At What
Price?” is a fiction novella. It is well
written and relevant to modern society.
I loved
meeting little Rio and following her on the journey that was her early life
(toddler – sixteen). I admired her
grandmother (Mimi) for taking her in and loving her, when her mother, Lacey,
threw her away to follow her drugs and loose way of living. Of course, I despised her mother, who kept
coming into her life, only to leave her again.
This was a
sweet story, but it had vulgarity scattered throughout, which I didn’t care for. I feel this story would’ve been much better
without it.
Penny - I so appreciate you taking a look at At What Price? and I always appreciate an honest review. Thank you so very much!
