DEEPER THAN RED

"Deeper Than Red" was sent to me by Kregel Publications, free of charge, in exchange for my honest opinion.

"Deeper Than Red" is a Christian suspense novel written by Sue Duffy.  It had my attention from start to finish.  Just when I thought I'd figured it all out, something happened to change my mind... Just when I started to despise a character, they did something to make me sympathize with them....  pins and needles... Ups and downs... A real roller coaster ride!

In "Deeper Than Red" we followed Leisl Bower and Max Morozov as they prepare for a concert in Germany. There is a small amount of Romance in this story, but it mainly concentrates on the drama of it all.
"Deeper Than Red" involved terrorism against the United States. It was very intriguing!  Evgeny Koslov was a former KGB assassin who came to care deeply for the young pianist, Liesl Bower…like his own daughter it seems.  He kept her in his sight and kept her safe through all of the terror she faced.  Leisl’s daddy, Henry and her husband, Cade’s granddaddy Ian, found out there was a threat to Leisl and chased it down to Key West, where we met Tally, Mona, and Spencer.  They were at a weird demonic university. Mona was possessed. Tally was trying to help Mona, who was her mother.  And, Spencer believed he was sent there to help spread the gospel and save people from the demons.  It seemed that an old enemy (that everyone thought was dead) resurfaced there.  This villain is trying to destroy America and rebuild Russia.

That’s all I can tell you…to whet your appetites, but not spoil it for you.
You need to read this book to find out more - especially if you like thriller suspense!

I recommend it!!
