BODY IMAGE LIES WOMEN BELIEVE

Shelley Hitz sent me “Body Image Lies Women Belileve – And the Truth of Christ That Sets Them Free” at no cost, in exchange for my honest review of it. “Body Image Lies Women Believe” is Christian nonfiction…an anthology made up of the stories of women who believed Satan’s lies about their bodies, but figured out God’s truths. Each chapter features a different woman with a different malady. Each one tells her story and how God brought her out of addiction, eating disorders, etc. Then, in a short synopsis, the “Body Image Lie” and “God’s Truth”. I would recommend this to any woman – young and old – who struggles, or loves someone who does, with accepting their bodies the way God made them.
