“Goodnight, Manger” was sent to me by Zonderkidz,
a division of Zondervan Publishing. It
was free of charge, in exchange for my honest review.
“Goodnight, Manger” is a Christian children’s book
written by Laura Sassi. The
illustrations were done by Jane Chapman.
This story about how Mary is trying to put Jesus
to sleep, but just can’t get the noise quietened down enough. I like how Laura Sassi uses rhyme and rhythm
because children love this.
I would recommend this book to children and their
parents, grandparents, teachers, librarians…anyone reading to them. Nice Christmas read.
