“Read and Play Baby Bible” was sent to me by Zonderkidz- a
division of Zondervan Publishing – free of charge, in exchange for my honest
review.
“Read and Play Baby Bible” was compiled by Scandinavian
Publishing House. The illustrations were
done by Gustavo Mazali.
This is a board book, so a tiny one can sit and look at the
pretty pictures, without the fear of them destroying it. It contains several common Bible stories
written in just a few sentences each. My
favorite thing, though, are the little prompts to make the stories come to life
for the little one we’re reading to. A
few are (wiggle fingers) for the rain of Noah’s Ark, (make a boat with hands)
for the basket Moses was placed in, and (give baby a big hug) for Jesus, the
Good Shepherd. I LOVE THIS!!
I’d definitely recommend this Bible for tiny readers and
anyone reading to them.
